One lucky fan will win a bumper prize in Darlington’s 50/50 draw on Saturday.
With three days to go before the weekend’s FA Trophy quarter-final with Hornchurch, it is likely to be a record prize this weekend with £700 already in the pot.
Quakers’ last home game saw one supporter win £1,620 from the draw, which has been a huge success since it was moved online due to games being behind closed doors.
Orchestrated by supporter Andy Clarke, so far £17,483.50 has been raised for the club due to the online 50/50.
Earlier this season, Darlington manager Alun Armstrong said: “Andy Clarke started it off, I think I’m right in saying, and to be bringing that kind of money in at our level is massive. Other clubs at our level would kill for that.
“I entered once during the summer when it went online, but I stopped because if I won it would look bad!”
Each 50/50 ticket costs £1, and you can buy as many as you like as long as you are aged 16 or over. To enter this week’s draw, click here
